The Tax group handles advisory work across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, real estate transactions, fund formation, and private equity matters, supporting financing and capital markets transactions as part of client representations.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in general transactional tax work.
• Experience collaborating with the corporate practice on complex transactions.
• Familiarity with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; partnerships, LLCs and joint ventures; fund formation and real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional tax counsel on deals including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
• Support private equity, real estate, and fund formation transactions with tax due diligence and structuring.
• Advise clients on financing and capital markets considerations as part of deal execution.
