Senior Associate, Transactional Tax (4+ years)

Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring a senior transactional tax associate for a national team that sits in the middle of headline deals. This is a true platform move: deep bench, real volume, and tax lawyers who are brought in early, not at the cleanup stage.

Role Summary

You will run point on transactional tax across:

• Domestic and cross-border M&A
• Partnership tax planning
• Private equity fund formation work
• Capital markets and financing transactions

This is a senior associate seat with real responsibility and direct deal exposure.

Candidate profile

• Minimum 4 years of law firm experience focused on transactional tax
• Comfort advising deal teams and business principals, not just drafting memos after the fact
• Experience across M&A, partnership structures, and sponsor-side work is strongly preferred
