This role involves drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex real estate documents, while also collaborating with clients to provide strategic legal guidance. Ideal candidates will have 4 to 6 years of real estate transactional experience and must be licensed in their practice states. A competitive salary range of $295,000 – $350,000 per year is offered.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Experience with real estate debt or equity matters.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state(s) where you practice.
• Ability to work confidently and comfortably with clients daily.
• Elevated attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
