Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Legal Assistant for our client in San Francisco, CA. This is an opportunity to join an international full-service law firm known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence.
- Location: San Francisco, CA
- Pay: $80,000-$90,000 annually
- Shifts Available: Standard Business Hours | Hybrid schedule with 4 remote days per month

What You’ll Do:
- Draft and finalize real estate documents including leases, deeds, and closing documents
- Coordinate transactions: track deadlines, manage checklists, and prepare closing binders
- Support multiple attorneys with scheduling, communication, and document management
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties to arrange meetings and closings
- Handle administrative tasks with confidentiality and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of transactional real estate experience in a law firm setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management tools
- Excellent drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with legal terminology, processes, and protocols
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
