Our client is seeking a talented Transactional Real Estate Associate ranging anywhere from 3–8 years of experience to join the team's growing Commercial Real Estate Practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys who enjoy handling sophisticated real estate transactions while working alongside experienced partners on high‑profile development projects throughout the Southeast and beyond.

What You\'ll Work On:

You\’ll represent developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and institutional clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:

• Acquisitions and dispositions


• Joint ventures


• Development agreements


• Leasing


• Construction and development transactions


• Industrial, multifamily, retail, office, and mixed‑use developments

What We\'re Looking For

• 3–8 years of commercial real estate transactional experience


• Experience representing developers, lenders, investors, or institutional clients


• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills


• Ability to manage sophisticated transactions from inception through closing


• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills


• Georgia Bar membership
