Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing CRM, lifecycle, or transactional messaging programs.
• Experience with event-driven or triggered messaging and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of CRM operations, message deployment workflows, QA, and release management.
• Experience validating payloads and personalization logic.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and troubleshooting email rendering.
• Familiarity with marketing tech ecosystems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and launch transactional communications across email, push, SMS, and other channels.
• Translate business and product requirements into executable CRM campaigns with audience configuration and personalization.
• Manage triggered messaging programs for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Localization, and Analytics teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Validate payloads, trigger logic, and data mappings to ensure correct rendering.
• Perform QA across content, logic, links, localization, and deployment configuration.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Monitor health of programs and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
• Support tests and post-launch analysis; maintain runbooks and docs.
