Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in crm, lifecycle, or transactional messaging across channels.
• Experience with event-driven messaging and collaborating with engineers.
• Strong knowledge of CRM operations, deployment workflows, QA, and release management.
• Experience validating payloads, attributes, event data, and personalization logic.
• HTML/CSS proficiency for troubleshooting rendering and email issues.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and launch transactional communications across email, push, SMS, and other channels.
• Translate business requirements into executable CRM campaigns with audience config and personalization.
• Manage triggered messaging programs for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Localization, and Analytics throughout development lifecycle.
• Validate payloads, trigger logic, data mappings, and rendering before launch.
• Perform QA across content, links, localization, and deployment configurations.
