What You'll Do
As a Transactional Member Service Representative, you will provide reliable and accurate service to members during everyday banking transactions :
Support member needs
Perform routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
Ensure accuracy and compliance
Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during each transaction.
Provide account support
Assist members with account maintenance and basic service requests.
Guide members in using mobile banking and self-service options as needed.
Balance cash drawer daily and follow proper cash handling procedures.
What You Bring to the Table
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
At least one year of experience in a financial institution or similar customer-facing role preferred.
Skills
Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort using banking systems and digital tools.
Flexibility
Willingness to work evenings, Saturdays, and travel within the branch network as needed.
