Qualifications

• 2+ years of transactional legal support experience required.
• Experience supporting attorneys with contracts, agreements, business matters, or other transactional work.
• Strong document preparation, proofreading, and formatting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong professionalism, judgment, and discretion.
• Proficiency with standard legal office technology and document-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys handling transactional matters.
• Prepare, format, proofread, and organize contracts, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Assist with drafting and revising transactional documents under attorney direction.
• Maintain organized client and matter files, ensuring documents and information are accurate and accessible.
• Coordinate signatures, closing materials, filings, and other transaction-related requirements.
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and key dates to help keep matters moving efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, vendors, and other legal professionals.
• Assist with due diligence, document organization, and transaction preparation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and handle confidential client information with discretion.
• Support attorneys with day-to-day administrative and transactional responsibilities.
