Manley Brautigam Bankston PC is seeking a Transactional Attorney to provide legal counsel on a broad range of business matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and advising on entity formation and transactions.

The attorney will support growth by guiding due diligence, structuring, closing, governance analysis, and compliance with applicable laws, while communicating complex concepts clearly to executives and external partners.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Strong academic background with a focus in business, corporate, commercial, or related legal areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including purchase/sale agreements, leases, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Lead or assist with all phases of transactional matters: due diligence, structuring, negotiating, closing.
