The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in real estate, business law, commercial transactions, and/or community associations, with strong academic credentials and a current license in Alabama or Florida.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice law in Alabama or Florida.
• 3–5 years of verifiable experience in real estate, business law, and/or commercial transactions.
• Eligibility to participate in all professional activities.
• Record time and expenses contemporaneously.
• Punctual and adherent to office hours.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe, and file management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality in client matters.

Responsibilities
