BCG Attorney Search is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate for its Real Estate group in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate debt transactions and can manage complex deals end-to-end.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing core transaction documents, representing owners and investors, and collaborating with lenders, private equity, and developers. A JD and active bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in real estate debt transactions.
• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Experience with acquisition, mezzanine, construction financings, and loan modifications.
• Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent property owners and investors in real estate finance transactions.
• Draft and review core transaction documents.
• Manage transactions from inception through closing and post‑closing.
• Collaborate with institutional lenders, private equity, and developers.
