The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex matters in a dynamic setting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial instincts and excellent judgment, with a desire to manage complex matters.

Duties

• Serve as a key member of the nationwide airports practice, collaborating with attorneys across various practice areas.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements, including development and procurement contracts.
• Work directly with clients on navigating complex federal regulatory and funding schemes related to airport operations and development.
• Advise clients on project development, infrastructure delivery, and real estate transactions.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry conferences through periodic travel.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of transactional legal experience; more extensive experience is also welcome.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and sound judgment in complex client matters.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team setting.

Education

Law degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction (CO, NY, FL, or CA preferred).
