Robbins DiMonte (RD) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its thriving Transactional Law practice group. RD has been a fixture in the legal community for over 65 years, representing clients across the Chicagoland and Midwest areas. Recognized as a premier law firm, RD has a distinguished history of building strong, long-standing relationships with its clientele.

Successful candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, business structuring and governance, and drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate agreements. Experience with trusts and estates, elder law, and tax return preparation is a plus.

Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials, strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills; must be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload.
