Paul Hastings LLP is seeking Junior‑Senior candidates for its rapidly growing, nationally‑recognized Antitrust and Competition practice group. Candidates may sit in our New York or Washington, D.C. offices and must have experience in antitrust and competition law, government antitrust investigations, and government merger enforcement actions, including Second Requests. They should also have experience counseling clients regarding transactional antitrust risk and compliance and representing clients before antitrust enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state Attorneys General.

The candidate must be admitted (or eligible to be admitted) to the Bar in the jurisdiction in which they are located.

Salary range: minimum $235,000 to maximum $460,000 annually. Pay may vary based on experience or other factors.
