Qualifications

• 1st-4th year associate level.
• Bar admission must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Bar in the practice jurisdiction.
• Preferred: federal clerkship experience and/or background in economics.

Responsibilities

• Manage antitrust and competition law matters, including internal investigations and government enforcement actions (DOJ/FTC).
• Handle civil antitrust litigation, including discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and case management.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings.
