Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Westerville, OH is seeking a Transactions Specialist I in the print department to coordinate, review, and extract data files for mail distribution across JPMorgan's lines of business.

You will work with state-of-the-art printers, manage daily print runs for timely delivery, and ensure quality while supporting process improvements in a dynamic, corporate environment.

Qualifications

  • Must lift 40–70 lbs and move 200 lb supplies using carts.
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8–10 hours per shift.
  • Meet quality and productivity standards; detail-oriented and collaborative.
  • Able to adapt to changes from leadership and procedures.
  • High school diploma or 5 years production work history.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities; capable of multitasking.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Offer clients First Class Mail presentment, Standard Class Mail presentment, and E certified Mail presentment
  • Offer USPS Express and USPS International Express Mail presentment, Fed Ex Letter/Packages/Freight presentment, UPS Letter/Packages/Freight presentment, Track One and Inner Office mail presentment
  • Provide and validate reconciliation of all files received daily and meeting client service level agreements
  • Change management to support technology and process improvements and document changes
  • Daily coordination of document printing utilizing various state of the art printers (i.e., Canon, Ricoh, IBM), in a Roll to Roll and Roll to Fold environment
  • Monitor print queues to support production prioritization based on customer service level agreements
  • Monitor Videk camera technology that monitors printer output
  • Maintain a printer's color consistency and output quality at all times

As a Transactions Specialist I in the print department of our Westerville warehouse your primary responsibility is coordinating, reviewing, and extracting data files from various lines of businesses within JPMorgan for mail distribution. Global Document Services (GDS) is the corporation's primary print production and distribution unit for JPMorgan Chase. Global Document Services supports internal lines of business such as Retail, Card Services, Retirement Plan Services, Private Bank and Treasury Services. Global Document Services produces a wide variety of products including postcards, letters, statements, checks, invoices, and marketing material originated from its internal composition team as well as documents created by Output Systems.


Job Responsibilities


  • Offer clients First Class Mail presentment, Standard Class Mail presentment, and E certified Mail presentment

  • Offer clients USPS Express and USPS International Express Mail presentment, Fed Ex Letter/Packages/Freight presentment, UPS Letter/Packages/Freight presentment, Track One and Inner Office mail presentment

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills


  • Able to lift 40-70lbs and deliver 200lb supplies utilizing industrial pull/push carts

  • Must be able to stand/walk for an 8 to 10 hours shift

  • Must be able to meet and maintain Quality and Productivity standards, be control-oriented and pay attention to detail, strong team player with the ability to work in a global matrixed organization

  • Must be able to adapt to a change in the work environment, included, but not limited to: daily directives from leadership, changes to standard operation procedures, and new technology

  • High school diploma or five years of production environment work history

  • Problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to think independently

  • Self-motivated, proactive, proven ability to learn, ability to effectively multi-task and work under pressure

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Able to act on own initiative, be accurate, reliable and demonstrate confidence in processes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with various areas of the firm and levels of management
