As a CBRE Transaction Specialist you will provide broad tactical and operational support, i.e. client listings, marketing and voucher processing, to a team of transaction management professionals. Your contributions will empower our team to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence. This position is part of the Brokerage job family. Brokers are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of office, industrial, retail and other commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Specialist position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Transaction Specialist position is $80,000 annually [or $38.47 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
