Job summary

Aladdin Financial is seeking a Transaction Services Specialist to support the Transaction Team with multi-tasking and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. You will perform payment postings, end-of-day balancing, billing, and transaction processing while supporting client file boarding and audits.

The role also covers filing UCC liens, tax forms, and special projects, plus general office duties such as answering calls and greeting visitors.

Qualifications

• Proficient multi-tasker with strong organizational skills.

• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• Able to identify and improve inefficient processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle factoring operations: payment posting in multiple systems (wire/ACH/checks).
• Perform end-of-day processes and balance across bank accounts and software.
• Billings across systems and portals; manage transaction processing.
• Boarding, auditing and closing client files; filing UCC liens and audits.
• Prepare and file 8821 tax forms; work on special projects.
• General office duties: answer calls and greet visitors.

Your day-to-day:

• Factoring Operations
  • Payment Posting in multiple software systems, from Wire, ACH and physical checks
  • End of Day processes and balancing, working with multiple bank accounts and software systems
  • Billing in multiple software systems and web portals
  • Transaction processing
  • Boarding, Auditing and Closing Client Files
  • Filing UCC Lien & UCC Audits
  • Filing 8821 tax forms
  • Special Projects as assigned
• General Office Operations
  • Answer general phone lines and route calls.
  • Greet visitors when they arrive and general clerical work
