Job summary

Riveron is seeking experienced professionals to support buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory. You will analyze financial statements, assess earnings quality, and build insights for deal teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders, execution of client deliverables, and ongoing development of junior staff across diverse transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant transaction experience, including EBITDA analysis, net working capital, and cash flows.
• Advanced Excel skills (SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to travel as required based on client location.

Responsibilities

• Use GAAP knowledge to advise clients on financial, operational, and tax issues related to M&A transactions.
• Conduct and review research/analysis on financial and accounting issues in business transactions; assist in quality of earnings and net working capital analyses.
• Participate in executive management interviews of target companies.
• Draft sections of reports, presentations and client-facing deliverables.
• Collaborate with project team to manage workstreams and deadlines.
• Provide coaching/guidance to junior team members.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting
• Minimum 4 years of relevant transaction experience, including experience analyzing a target company’s quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, and cash flows
• Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas such as SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.
