Delta Capita Analysts in New York join a fast-growing Post-Trade Services team to support leading financial institutions. You will learn on real projects and rotate across post-trade areas with training and mentorship to build core skills in data, settlements, and reporting.
This role offers access to diverse projects across clients, a strong emphasis on problem solving and collaboration, and development opportunities within Delta Capita's client-facing operations and advisory teams.

As an Analyst, you will be learning whilst working for Delta Capita’s clients, in a fast-paced environment with support and training provided. You will be placed on project with one of Delta Capita’s clients, the project will be within Delta Capita’s Post Trade Services team.
Over time, the Analyst role gives you the opportunity to rotate across different areas of financial institutions, as well as across multiple clients, therefore enabling you to gain exposure to various areas of the Financial Services Industry. This is an exciting and varied opportunity for anyone looking to kick start your career in financial services.
