Job summary

PPG in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Production Coordinator to support finished goods inventories, secure raw material flow, and promote a safe, 5S production environment. You will record entries to warehouses and prepare reports to drive accuracy.

The on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, reporting to a Production Superintendent. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in operations or lean manufacturing and experience with Oracle and Microsoft Office to move data and resolve issues

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred
• 1+ years' experience in operations or lean manufacturing
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Oracle
• Effective written and oral communications are essential to acquire encouraged results and to improve the team concept of the operation

Job description

As a Production Coordinator, you will perform a variety of support responsibilities to retain control over finished product inventories. You ensure the supply of raw materials and components to production areas, record the entry of finished products to the corresponding warehouse, and prepare different reports. You help to promote a safe, productive, and 5S dedicated production operation. You will work onsite in Cleveland, OH and report to a Production Superintendent.

The shift for this position is Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
