Newmark is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support the Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance team. You will coordinate financial aspects of CRE transactions from origination through closing, ensuring accurate revenue tracking and proper documentation.
In this role, you will collaborate with finance, accounting, and asset management to recognize fees promptly, manage deal pipelines, and maintain organized digital files and CRM data.
Transaction Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance team through efficient coordination, organization, and execution of administrative and operational functions.
Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting all revenue-related activities tied to commercial real estate finance transactions. This role ensures accuracy in deal data, timely revenue recognition, and compliance with financial policies and closing procedures. The ideal candidate combines transaction coordination skills with strong financial and analytical capabilities, maintaining a high level of precision and organization in a fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable and proactive professional, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and confidential materials with precision. Transaction Coordinator will work with adjacent business lines including Investment Sales, Data Center Capital Markets and Strategic Advisory & Liquidity Services.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $1000,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
