Job summary

TD Securities Inc. in New York is seeking an Analyst for Transaction Banking Product Development.

You will support product strategy, gather and translate requirements, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across Payables and Receivables portfolios to enable scalable solutions. The role requires 3-5 years in Agile product delivery within Transaction Banking and a solid grasp of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and related payment methods.

Qualifications

University Degree with 3-5 years of relevant Agile Product delivery and/or payments product experience in Transaction Banking, Correspondent Banking, Payments and/or Wholesale Banking.
Strong knowledge of the Canadian, US, and international transaction banking landscape, including payment and collection methods, ISO 20022, SWIFT, EFT/ACSS/ACH, and other related systems.
Ability to translate and articulate requirements between stakeholders to deliver business requirements, features, epics and user stories.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers to support product strategy, roadmap execution, business cases, initiative planning, and delivery of new or enhanced capabilities.
Gather, document, validate, and maintain business requirements, process maps, and user needs.
Conduct current-state and future-state analysis to translate business needs into clear requirements for Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales and others.
Coordinate meetings and reviews; document decisions and actions.
Support testing and implementation activities, including test planning and readiness assessments.
Prepare and maintain product documentation and collateral.
Perform market, client, and competitive analysis to support prioritization.
