What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide technical and advisory financial and accounting due diligence services to private equity clients and companies
  2. Perform complex analyses, including cash flow analysis, quality of assets, earnings, and identification of potential liabilities and risks
  3. Responsible for engagement execution, preparing deliverables, and presenting key financial due diligence findings
  4. Advise clients on maximizing opportunities and minimizing risks related to mergers and acquisitions
  5. Drive recommendations based on key business trends, valuation considerations, and deal structuring alternatives

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree required
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
  3. Must be able to work in a team environment
  4. Strong presentation skills are mandatory
  5. Proficient use of applicable technology and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. CPA (or meets the criteria to sit for the CPA exam) with knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  2. Master’s degree in accounting or MBA (with an accounting undergraduate degree)
  3. A preferred minimum of 2 years of financial audit experience or related M&A experience
  4. Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications
