About the Role

Our team provides buy-side and sell-side due diligence to private equity groups and companies nationwide. You will perform in-depth business analyses, advise clients on maximizing opportunities and minimizing risks related to mergers and acquisitions, and develop recommendations based on business trends, valuation considerations, and deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and advisory financial and accounting due diligence services to private equity clients and companies.
• Perform complex analyses, including cash flow analysis, asset and earnings quality, operating and profitability trends, working capital, and risk identification.
• Prepare deliverables and present key financial due diligence findings and concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA (or eligible to sit for the CPA exam) and knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Master’s degree in accounting or MBA with an undergraduate in accounting.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, such as financial audit (preferably with a top ten firm), investment banking, financial due diligence, corporate finance, or M&A.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Self-motivated with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.

In compliance with state pay transparency laws, the annual salary target for this role is $95,000 - $[specific figure]. Compensation will be based on education, experience, and skills.
