• Assist in structuring and negotiating project finance deals, including debt, equity, and hybrid financing structures.
• Perform market research and industry analysis to support transaction strategies and client recommendations.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and delivery of high-quality advisory services.
• Oversee junior team members, providing guidance and quality control on deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial modeling efforts for project finance transactions, including building, reviewing, and auditing complex financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Valuation).
• Conduct thorough financial, commercial, and technical due diligence on project finance opportunities, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed transaction advisory reports, presentations, and memoranda for clients, investors, and lenders.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating project finance deals, including debt, equity, and hybrid financing structures.
• Perform market research and industry analysis to support transaction strategies and client recommendations.
