As an Associate you will review earnings quality, cash flows, working capital, and key drivers, interact with management, and contribute to deal reports and presentations for clients as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 0-2 years’ experience in audit, TAS, or related finance roles.
• CPA or CFA certification or in progress (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist TAS team in financial due diligence for acquisition targets.
• Analyze earnings quality, cash flows, working capital and key drivers.
• Prepare deal reports and client presentations highlighting findings.
• Engage with management and advisors during assessments.
• Handle multiple projects with varying size and complexity.
