Job summary

Six Flags New England is seeking a tram/guest services team member to operate trams and trolleys safely, monitor operations, and assist guests while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a clean record, be able to sit for up to 6 hours, and show a commitment to safety. A friendly personality and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential; English comprehension and being 18+ are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operating trams and trolleys in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitoring and redirecting bus and tram operations as required.
• Reporting maintenance and safety issues to Supervisor.
• Answering guests' questions and concerns.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment behind the scenes and in guest areas.
• Announcing safety rules and spiels over a microphone.
• Enforcing Six Flags New England policies.
• Assisting in other areas of the park as needed.
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Operating trams and trolleys in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitoring and redirecting bus and trams operations as required
• Reporting maintenance and safety issues to Supervisor
• Answering guests' questions and concerns
• Identifying and reacting to detailed areas both behind the scenes and in guests' view in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Announcing safety rules and spiels over a microphone
• Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
• Assisting in other areas of the park as needed
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
