Six Flags New England in the Hartford area is seeking a team-oriented operator for tram and bus services. You will run trams, monitor operations, and promptly report maintenance and safety issues to the supervisor.

You will also assist guests with questions while maintaining a clean, safe environment for visitors and staff. The role requires CDL Class B with passenger endorsement, a valid license, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with passenger endorsement required for bus operations.
• Ability to sit for up to 6 hours a day.
• Commitment to safety.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• 18 years old or older.

Responsabilités

• Operate trams and trolleys in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor and redirect bus and tram operations as required.
• Report maintenance and safety issues to Supervisor.
• Answer guests’ questions and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment behind the scenes and for guests.
• Announce safety rules and spiels over a microphone.
• Enforce all Six Flags New England policies.
• Assist in other areas of the park as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Operating trams and trolleys in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitoring and redirecting bus and trams operations as required
• Reporting maintenance and safety issues to Supervisor
• Answering guests’ questions and concerns
• Identifying and reacting to detailed areas both behind the scenes and in guests’ view in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Announcing safety rules and spiels over a microphone
• Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
• Assisting in other areas of the park as needed
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
