Job summary

Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to validate future technologies and drive improvements across ODM/CM manufacturing. You will qualify lines for mass production, define test coverage, and work with suppliers to ensure reliability of Trainium-based AI servers.

The role requires a hands-on engineer who can roll up sleeves, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and deliver scalable manufacturing solutions for world-class cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hardware design and validation in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and root-cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and elevate manufacturing challenges with system engineering.
• Develop and adapt manufacturing processes at ODMs/CMs.
• Define fixture requirements and test methodologies for new products.
• Drive pre-production to mass production handoffs and ramp.
• Lead product quality and reliability improvements and supplier fixes.
• Support cost reduction and sustainment activities.
