Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Training System Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. This is a system administration role focused on Training & Enablement platforms, providing governance, configuration, and user support across LMS and related tools.

You will collaborate with Training Managers, trainers, field staff and customers to ensure compliant operations, data accuracy, and continuous improvement. Proficiency with ServiceNow, Cornerstone or SuccessFactors, and Google Suite is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong understanding of business processes related to training and learning systems.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and consulting abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Adept at identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting their implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Training System administration and requests, ensuring high-quality support for users.
• Process user/customer requests, manage training assignments, and handle enrollments in LMS/LXP systems.
• Maintain accuracy of CRM, LMS, and LXP system data; send personalized communications to stakeholders as needed.
• Provide ongoing learner support, including troubleshooting issues, monitoring progress, and reporting results to Roche teams.
• Engage with trainers, developers, managers, and field staff to facilitate support for various learning programs.
• Analyze and improve processes to advance Training & Development goals, advocating for and implementing best practices.
• Participate in special projects and collaborate on operational support, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Sustain and enhance quality systems and processes to achieve objectives and ensure compliance.
