Job summary

Synertex LLC seeks a Simulation Training Instructor (STI) to operate, maintain, and teach using Army TADSS across multiple installations in Camp Ripley, MN. The role is full-time and on-site, contingent on award.

You will deliver training to Active, Reserve, and National Guard units, ensure safety, and coordinate with TSC Leads. Citizenship and government suitability are required, with travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: U.S. required.
• Must successfully complete a government suitability determination prior to employment.
• 3+ years in instructor roles supporting Army training systems.
• Familiarity with Army training doctrine (TC 3-20.31).
• Experience in Armor or Infantry units is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and provide instruction on simulation systems including EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, and UGT-I.
• Deliver training to units, applying doctrinal and tactical standards.
• Maintain system readiness and perform routine troubleshooting or maintenance.
• Assist in scenario development and training exercise setup.
• Ensure compliance with Army regulations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with TSC Leads and other instructors to optimize training support.
