Amynta Group, via PDP Group, is hiring a Trainer for Hunt Valley, MD. The role focuses on developing instructional job aids and training content, and delivering sessions on document management and processing to staff.

You will collaborate with supervisors and SMEs to tailor programs, assess learning transfer, and maintain a learning repository. A High School Diploma and prior on-the-job training experience are required. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; familiarity with vehicle title administration preferred.
• Experience in on-the-job training and drafting instructional job aids.
• Ability to maintain internal customer relationships and facilitate discussions with learners.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and updates training materials, including job aids and learning plans.
• Delivers training on document management and processing to individuals or small groups.
