Job summary

Molex, a worldwide leader in manufacturing, is seeking a full-time training specialist to support our busbar manufacturing facility in Monee, IL. The candidate we are looking for is a self-motivated individual with a growth mentality and willingness to learn and challenge themselves.

The role involves training on new and existing equipment and software tools, developing curricula, measuring training effectiveness, and coordinating with managers to identify training needs and drive skill

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding training.
• Experience developing, implementing, and delivering training programs.
• Coaching and leadership experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct New Hire and Safety training.
• Develop, document, and deliver training curriculum; include new hire training and ongoing upskilling.
• Collaborate to measure effectiveness of training programs and determine department needs.
• Gather and evaluate data to make recommendations for training enhancements.
• Learn new training methods and software tools to improve trainee understanding.
• Maintain training schedules; record attendance and trainee performance.
