Molex is seeking a full-time manufacturing operator for the second shift at our busbar manufacturing facility in Monee, IL. The position offers on-the-job training across production areas in a clean, climate-controlled setting.

Responsibilities include supporting production tasks, operating equipment, and packing parts, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates should have HS diploma or GED and be able to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to read numbers and accurately count parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform typical general manufacturing operations including production support (tumbling, cleaning, deburring, tapping, sanding), light assembly, general machine operations, and packing parts.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Cell Lead, Supervisor, Quality or Engineering.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety and quality requirements.
