Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of progressive training experience.
• Experience developing and facilitating technical/operational training.
• Strong content development, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with eLearning, LMS, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Utility/energy industry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to quickly learn complex systems and processes and become a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ILT, eLearning, SOPs, job aids, and assessments.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.
• Partner with operational and product teams to identify training gaps and develop solutions.
• Track training participation, assessment results, and retraining needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Stay current with training methodologies, LMS platforms, and learning technologies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and SMEs.
