Job summary

FCS Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator in Tempe, AZ to schedule and set up employee training and new employee orientation sessions, arrange rooms, materials and attendee lists, and ensure smooth logistics.

You will lead or assist with training sessions for Security Officers, track progress, maintain records of attendance and certifications, collect feedback, and prepare basic reports on training completion and renewals.

• Help schedule and set up employee training and new employee orientation sessions, including rooms, materials, and attendee lists.
• Lead or assist with training sessions for new and current Security Officers.
• Track employee progress through required training and follow up on incomplete items.
• Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, certifications, and expiration dates.
• Help keep training materials and handouts organized and up to date.
• Collect post-training feedback and share it with leadership.
• Answer employee questions about training schedules, requirements, and resources.
• Prepare basic reports on training completion and upcoming certification renewals.
