Job summary

Captivation Software seeks a mid level training specialist to assist with daily program responsibilities and to support timely delivery of training materials. The role involves drafting and finalizing training documentation, presenting content to large audiences, and guiding junior staff in systems and equipment training.

You will design and conduct training, evaluate outcomes, and revise materials based on feedback and operational scenarios.

• Draft and finalize training documentation and provide classroom support for large audiences.

Description

Captivation Software is looking for a mid level training specialist who will assist with daily responsibilities on the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise to draft and finalize training documentation, provide classroom support, and present training materials to a large audience
• Perform and provide guidance to more junior contractor personnel involved with systems and equipment training.
• Analyze training problems to identify training needs.
• Design, develop and conduct training. Evaluate training outcomes and revise materials based on student and customer feedback and operational scenario accuracy.
• Brief military and agency personal while conveying operational concepts
• Develop and improve training plans and curriculum based on feedback
• Perform inspections of training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policy
• Draft and finalize training documentation, provide classroom support, and present training materials to a large audience.
• Develop and implement a common SIGINT collection management training partnership between various departments to optimize SIGINT collection operations in support of Combatant Commands, and partners.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of nine (9) years of electrical engineering or computer science experiencethat demonstrates a working knowledge of basic electronics, SIGINT systems, and computersystems. Experience should include designing and developing instructor-led and/or web-basedtraining courses and associated materials, including slides, diagrams, student guides, practicalactivities, and assessments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent (four years) documented combination of training and experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with VHF, UHF, RF theory, radio wavepropagation and characteristics, radio equipment and antennas.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with wireless communication technologiessuch as: GSM, CDMA2000, UMTS, LTE, and WiFi

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
• Up to 20% 401k contribution (No Matching Required and Vested from Day 1)
