Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to manage curriculum data entry and software/documentation tasks in support of Navy training programs. The role involves ensuring accuracy across TPP, TCCD, lesson guides, testing plans, and ACE evaluations.

The candidate will advise staff on curriculum readiness and coordinate project-level activities for curriculum updates and revisions, with a focus on NAVEDTRA series compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with curriculum development software and data entry.
• Proficiency with AIM, CPM, and related curriculum tools.
• Ability to manage training project plans and course documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software program and LMS data entry of curriculum for courses including TPP, TCCD, Lesson Plans/Trainee Guides, Instructional Media, Testing Plans, Pilot Reports, and Navy documents.
• Responsible data entry of testing program for courses and curriculum in accordance with NAVEDTRA 132 Series.
• Input curriculum of new training programs or major revisions.
• Advise instructional staff on software program/administrative readiness for curriculum design, development, and delivery.
• Review and prepare documentation for annual course reviews, training requirement reviews, and ACE evaluations.
• Act as project manager for curriculum data entry of new development and revisions.

Position Title: Training Specialist

Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)

• Oversee software program and learning management system data entry of curriculum for courses to include Training Project Plans (TPP), Training Course Control Documents (TCCD), Lesson Plans/Trainee Guides, Instructional Media, Testing Plans, Pilot Reports, and Letters for Approval/Promulgation in accordance with Navy Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) 130 Series.
• Responsible data entry of testing program for courses and curriculum in accordance with Navy Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) 132 Series.
• Input curriculum of new training programs or the major revision of existing curriculum.
• Advise the instructional staff on software program/administrative readiness for curriculum design, development, and delivery.
• Review and prepare documentation in preparation for annual formal course reviews, training requirement reviews, and ACE (American Council on Education) evaluations.
• Act as project manager for curriculum date entry of new development and curriculum revisions.

Qualifications

• Education or experience that included or was supplemented by computer system and software data entry and curriculum development.
• Shall have experience using curriculum development software or program software, i.e. Microsoft soft skills, Authoring Instructional Material (AIM), Content Planning Module (CPM)
