Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Idaho is seeking a Lead Information Technology leader to drive end-to-end IT services that align with business goals and operations.

You will manage a team, partner with business units, and ensure secure, reliable systems while delivering value across functions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related leadership experience, strong decision-making and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:$117,900.00 - $176,900.00Purpose Statement: Lead and manage an information technology team, delivering end-to-end services which are aligned with and effectively and efficiently support business and IT strategies, goals and operations.Key Job Accountabilities:Ensure customer service excellence by driving the information technology service delivery for the system/business areas of accountability.
