Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Training Specialist to lead and continually improve training programs that build associate skills and performance. You will deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended sessions across systems, products, customer service, and role-specific topics.

You will develop materials, support LMS activities, coach participants, and partner with managers to reinforce learning. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–4+ years of related experience, and strong communication skills are

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s with relevant experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or a related field.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Ability to simplify complex information.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning tools preferred.
• Collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.

• Deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and blended training across systems, products, customer service, and role‑specific topics.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences that promote participation and skill application.
• Assist with updates to training materials, job aids, and learning resources.
• Support development of training content, including basic multimedia and participant guides.
• Apply adult learning principles to enhance engagement and retention.
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) activities (course assignments, tracking, reporting).
• Assist with course setup, updates, and documentation.
• Provide post‑training support, coaching, and feedback.
• Partner with managers to reinforce learning and support skill development.
• Support training‑related projects and initiatives.
• Gather participant feedback and share insights for program improvement.
• Stay current on emerging tools and technologies (including AI) relevant to learning.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
