Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Training - SME & Systems Engineer to design, develop, and deliver technical training for operators and analysts. You will work with instructors, curriculum developers, and leadership to ensure materials reflect current trade-craft and tools. As a technical authority, you will provide instruction and hands-on support in training environments.

Location: Columbia, MD. Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.

Qualifications

• This role requires a degree with related experience and TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training and instructional materials.
• Direct experience developing or reviewing JQS and TQS.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts including security.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training curriculum, course materials, and hands-on exercises.
• Serve as SME to instruct, coach, and mentor students and junior personnel.
• Develop and review JQS and TQS to ensure alignment with mission needs.
• Create and maintain training pipelines with milestones and timelines.
• Provide systems engineering expertise and technical documentation support.
