Job summary

Intezra, Inc. is seeking a Training Subject Matter Expert (Systems Engineer, Level 2) in Columbia, MD, on-site. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and offers a compensation range of $166,000–$180,000 annually.

The SME will design, develop, and deliver technical training for operators and analysts, collaborating with instructors, curriculum developers, and leadership to ensure current tradecraft and tools are reflected in course materials. Remote work is not indicated.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years with a Master's degree
• 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with cyber operations and training environments

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training curriculum and hands-on exercises
• Instruct, coach, and mentor students and junior personnel
• Develop and review Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and Technique Qualification Standards (TQS)
• Create and maintain training pipelines with milestones and timelines
• Provide systems engineering expertise and documentation support
