Job Title: Training Service Representative
Department: Training
Reports to: Director of Training
Classification: Full-time, In-office, Non-Exempt
Summary
The Training Service Representative will support the Training Department by providing technical and logistical assistance to ensure the successful execution of training programs. This position requires a hands-on, technically inclined individual who will assist in building simulators, preparing equipment for classes, and supporting overall training operations.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing all standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Assist with the assembly and testing of training modules and simulators.
- Prepare and configure machinery and equipment for use in training courses.
- Perform general labor tasks to support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Promptly report any irregular issues or concerns to management for resolution.
- Foster effective communication with managers, colleagues, and external contacts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Demonstrate and uphold high ethical standards in all work activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, technical trade school preferred.
- Technical trade school degree/certification or 1+ years of technical trade field experience.
- Ability to communicate technical errors to non-technical people.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Physical Requirements
- Regularly works in a mix of indoor and outdoor environments.
- Frequently lifts and moves equipment weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to clearly exchange information in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Frequently climbs stairs, ladders, or equipment during servicing or setup.
- Routinely operates computers and mechanical equipment such as tools, printers, and mobile devices.
- Must be comfortable with repetitive movement, manual dexterity, and the use of hand tools.
