Best Home Health Providers, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to act as the scheduling and logistics hub across home health and hospice teams. You will manage LMS assignments, coordinate in-person trainings, and ensure compliance with training requirements.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and a customer-service mindset, with a Bay Area focus and monthly team meetings in Hayward.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum two years in scheduling/training coordination or similar logistics-heavy admin role.
• Hands-on LMS or HRIS experience; Excel proficiency essential.
• Knowledge of healthcare training documentation requirements (HIPAA, in-service hours).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS and assign online training for new hires and clinicians.
• Maintain LMS rosters, enroll users, and track completion.
• Coordinate in-person training sessions, calendars, and venues.
• Record training completions and maintain audit-ready records.
• Prepare monthly training metrics and dashboards for leadership.
• Serve as main contact for training scheduling inquiries.
