Job summary

Esri is seeking an Events Intern to help plan and deliver the User Conference and other high‑impact experiences. You will work with seasoned events pros to coordinate people, content, partners, and logistics while building practical skills in large-scale event management.

You will gain hands‑on experience in conference logistics, content coordination, and partner programs, with mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year bachelor's, master's, or PhD program in the United States.
• Majors include hospitality management, event management, tourism, recreation, communications, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• For undergraduates, expected to graduate in 2027 or 2028.
• Experience planning, coordinating, or supporting events through coursework or internships.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of a large-scale conference for geospatial professionals.
• Collaborate with experienced events professionals and cross-functional partners.
• Build hands-on experience with event logistics, content coordination, attendee experience, and partner programs.
• Participate in team meetings, project updates, and feedback conversations throughout the summer.

Bachelor's degree or pursuing higher in related field
