Job summary

Fleet Feet in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Training Program Coordinator to bring our community-based running and walking programs to life. You’ll support program execution, coordinate logistics, and ensure participants feel welcome, motivated, and part of something meaningful.

You’ll organize group runs, manage schedules, track attendance and progress, and provide on-site support at events. A passion for running, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, coaching, fitness instruction, or event coordination.
  • Passion for running, walking, fitness, and building inclusive community spaces.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Energetic, positive, and comfortable engaging with individuals and groups.
  • Adaptable, multitasking, and confident in problem‑solving in a fast‑paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordination and execution of Fleet Feet training programs and running clubs.
  • Communicate with participants, coaches, and volunteers about schedules and milestones.
  • Ensure training events are set up properly and welcoming for all attendees.
  • Track attendance, feedback, and participant progress to improve program quality.
  • Help manage volunteer and coach schedules for well-supported sessions.
  • Provide on-site support at training sessions, including check-in and hydration.
  • Support marketing and outreach to grow program visibility and participation.
  • Stay connected to customer experience by in-store weekly updates with staff.

Overview

Fleet Feet is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Training Program Coordinator to help bring our community-based running and walking programs to life. In this role, you’ll support the execution of training programs, coordinate logistics and communications, and ensure participants feel welcome, motivated, and part of something meaningful.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of Fleet Feet training programs and running clubs.
