Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking a Trail Program Head Coach to energize and guide our community training sessions. You’ll support runners and walkers of all levels, lead warm-ups and drills, and help create an engaging, welcoming atmosphere at on-site events.

Overview

Are you passionate about running and love helping others achieve their goals? As a Trail Program Head Coach at Fleet Feet, you’ll be the heartbeat of our community training programs providing encouragement, motivation, and on-site support for runners and walkers of all levels. Reporting to the Training Program Lead, you’ll guide participants through training sessions, promote safety, and help create a fun, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.

This role is perfect for outgoing, fitness-minded individuals who want to give back to the running community and be part of something meaningful. No formal coaching certification required!

What You'll Do

• Support and encourage participants at scheduled training sessions.
• Assist with day‑of logistics such as warm‑ups, cool‑downs, hydration stations, and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with the Training Program Lead to ensure smooth and enjoyable sessions.

• Be a visible and positive ambassador for Fleet Feet at all training events.
