Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, sports management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.

• Supervisory/leadership experience with instructional staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day instructional and support staff; evaluate and coach.
• Schedule and manage program activities; ensure timely delivery of trainings.
• Maintain instructor training records and ensure compliance with grant guidelines.
• Achieve performance targets for course deliveries and participant reach.
